To qualify, the candidate must hold a postgraduate degree in Science with a relevant specialization, along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. A minimum of four years of teaching experience in science education, preferably at the TGT level, is essential. While not mandatory, possession of the TET/CTET certificate will be an advantage. Strong communication skills, creativity in lesson planning, and a commitment to fostering scientific curiosity are highly valued.
