Responsibilities

- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Hindi lessons for classes 6 to 10, aligning with the state curriculum.
- Design and assess formative and summative assessments, providing timely feedback to students and parents.
- Maintain accurate attendance records, attendance sheets and academic progress reports.
- Mentor and guide students in Hindi literature, grammar, and composition skills.
- Coordinate with subject coordinators to integrate cross‑disciplinary projects and language labs.
- Participate in school assemblies, cultural events, and extracurricular activities that promote Hindi language and culture.
- Monitor classroom behavior, enforce school discipline policies, and foster a positive learning environment.
- Keep updated with modern teaching tools, digital resources, and pedagogical strategies for Hindi instruction.
- Collaborate with parents during parent‑teacher meetings to discuss student progress and address concerns.
- Contribute to the preparation of annual school reports, examination schedules, and examination monitoring.
