PRT Mathematics Teacher Job in Fatehabad, Haryana | School Recruitment
The reality of this role
This is a full-time PRT Mathematics Teacher Job in Fatehabad where you will handle Classes 1 to 5 every day. At St . Xavier,s Public School, Bhuna, you teach the same children for multiple years, so you really get to know how they think about numbers and shapes. You will plan lessons that match the Haryana board syllabus and keep track of small but steady progress.
What you will actually do
Prepare daily worksheets for addition, subtraction, multiplication, and basic geometry suited to each grade level.
Conduct morning math drills that feel like games so students stop fearing numbers.
Mark notebooks after school and write short feedback for parents in the diary.
Organize monthly math exhibitions where students explain puzzles and charts to their parents.
Attend staff meetings in the staff room and share quick tips on handling weak areas.
Assist the coordinator in setting term-end exam papers for Classes 3 to 5.
Participate in PTMs held in the school playground to discuss each child’s math progress.
Help decorate the math corner in the corridor with number charts and abacus models.
Who can do this job
Graduate in Mathematics or a related subject with B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized institution.
Three years of classroom teaching experience, preferably in primary mathematics.
TET/CTET is not mandatory but will be preferred during shortlisting.

Patience to repeat the same concept until every child grasps it.
Ability to create simple teaching aids from locally available material.
Willingness to stay after school for remedial sessions when required.
