4. Maintain accurate records of student interactions, interests, and progress.
5. Assist students in resume writing, interview preparation, and application processes.
6. Conduct workshops on career trends, entrance exams, and skill development.
7. Collaborate with school leadership to integrate career guidance into the curriculum.
8. Provide reports on student career choices and placement outcomes to management.
Who Can Apply
Postgraduate degree in Psychology, Education, or related fields is essential. Minimum 3 years of experience in career counselling or student guidance is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data analysis tools is necessary. Familiarity with Indian education systems and entrance exams is preferred.
