Track attendance and progress of student participants across rehearsals.
Prepare monthly reports on event participation and feedback from students and parents.
Collaborate with music and art departments to integrate dance into broader cultural programs.
Organize auditions and shortlist talented students for school representation.
Liaise with external choreographers or judges when required for specialized events.
Required Qualifications
Must Have: Graduate degree from a recognized university.
Must Have: Minimum 3 years of experience in dance coordination or event management.
Must Have: Basic proficiency in Hindi and English communication.
Good to Have: Prior experience in school-level cultural events.
Good to Have: Working knowledge of traditional or classical dance forms relevant to school programs.
