Key Responsibilities
Design and produce visual assets for school newsletters, event posters, and social media channels.
Collaborate with the communication team to develop branding guidelines that reflect Hsv International School’s values.
Maintain the school’s digital and print collateral, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
Create engaging visuals for internal communications, including staff meetings, annual reports, and parent‑teacher conferences.
Manage the school’s website graphics, updating banners and promotional material as needed.
Daily Tasks
Prepare layouts for monthly newsletters, using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.
Adjust graphics for school events such as sports day, cultural festivals, and alumni gatherings.
Coordinate with the IT department to ensure seamless integration of graphics into the school’s intranet.
Review and approve final designs before printing or publication, checking for brand compliance and quality.
Leadership & Coordination
Lead the design team, assigning projects and providing constructive feedback.
Work closely with the principal and administrative staff to translate vision into visual concepts.
Attend planning meetings for school events, offering creative input and timelines.
