IIT Mathematics Teacher Job in Gurugram, Haryana | School Recruitment
Leadership Opportunity
Aakash Educational Services Limited, a renowned educational institution in Gurugram, Haryana, is seeking an exceptional IIT Mathematics Teacher to lead our Mathematics department. As a Head of Department (HOD), you will have the opportunity to shape the curriculum, develop teacher training programs, and create a culture of excellence in Mathematics education.
Strategic Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a comprehensive Mathematics curriculum that aligns with the IIT syllabus
* Conduct workshops and training programs for teachers to enhance their Mathematics teaching skills
* Collaborate with the administration to create a Mathematics resource room with necessary tools and materials
* Design and implement assessments to measure student progress and identify areas of improvement
* Foster partnerships with local educational institutions and organizations to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration
* Develop and implement a Mathematics club to promote extracurricular activities and competitions
* Collaborate with the IT department to integrate technology into Mathematics teaching and learning
* Develop and implement a system to track student progress and provide timely interventions
* Collaborate with the administration to develop policies and procedures for Mathematics education
* Represent the institution at Mathematics conferences and workshops
What You Bring
* B.Ed/D.El.Ed with a specialization in Mathematics or a related field
* TET/CTET certification (preferably)
* 4+ years of teaching experience with a proven track record of academic excellence
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and students
* Experience in curriculum development and implementation
