Job Description
Mount St. Mary School invites an experienced Mtt (Mother Tongue) Environmental Studies (Evs) Teacher to join our esteemed team in Gurugram. This role focuses on delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons in Environmental Studies while integrating local cultural and ecological awareness into the curriculum. Your expertise will help students develop a deeper understanding of sustainability, biodiversity, and responsible citizenship through hands-on, experiential learning.
The primary responsibilities include designing and delivering weekly Evs classes for students in the middle and upper sections, ensuring alignment with the school’s syllabus while fostering critical thinking and environmental stewardship. You’ll also collaborate with the science and social studies departments to integrate Evs concepts across subjects, such as connecting water conservation to geography or discussing renewable energy in physics. Field trips, classroom projects, and interactive discussions are key to making lessons practical and memorable.
As an Mtt Evs Teacher at Mount St. Mary School, you’ll play a vital role in shaping young minds to appreciate nature’s importance in daily life.
