A graduate with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed, you should have at least three years of experience in early childhood or primary English teaching. While TET or CTET is preferred, passion and patience matter most. You should be patient with young learners, creative in your methods, and comfortable working in a team. A good command of both spoken and written English is essential, as is the ability to connect with children from diverse backgrounds.
