About This Role
The NTT Evs Teacher position at U.c.s.k.m Public School Bhiwadi is open for an experienced early childhood educator specializing in Environmental Studies. This full-time role focuses on introducing young learners to foundational concepts of nature, community, and sustainability through interactive lessons. Applicants should be comfortable teaching basic science, social awareness, and environmental habits in a playful yet structured manner.
Teaching Approach
Lessons will blend storytelling, field observations, and hands-on activities like seed planting, recycling projects, and local nature walks around the school campus. Simple experiments using everyday materials will help children understand weather, plants, and animals. Visual aids such as charts, flashcards, and short videos will support classroom discussions. Regular group discussions will encourage children to share their observations from home or neighborhood.
Day-to-Day Duties
Prepare weekly Evs lesson plans aligned with the NTT curriculum and age group (3–6 years). Organize indoor and outdoor activities such as nature corners, water play, and community helper visits. Maintain Evs corner with plants, rocks, and recyclable materials for tactile learning. Conduct circle time discussions on topics like cleanliness, seasons, and animals. Assist in organizing field trips to nearby parks or gardens once every month. Create simple assessment sheets using drawings and verbal responses to track progress. Collaborate with NTT team for monthly theme integration (e.g., water conservation, festivals). Report student participation and learning outcomes to the coordinator weekly.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline with B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized institution. Preference will be given to candidates with TET or CTET certification in Evs or early childhood. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in NTT or kindergarten with Evs as a subject. Familiarity with NCF ECCE framework or similar early learning guidelines is advantageous.
Preferred Skills
Ability to design age-appropriate Evs activities using low-cost materials. Strong classroom management for managing 25–30 young learners in a play-based setting. Good communication with parents regarding child’s Evs learning progress and home activities. Willingness to participate in teacher training and curriculum review sessions.
Perks and Pay
Salary offered is Rs.14,000 to Rs.24,000 per month based on experience and qualifications.
