Prepare low-prep teaching aids suited for mixed readiness levels in an inclusive classroom in Gurugram.
Assess progress through informal observations rather than formal tests, sharing simple feedback with parents.
Create picture-based word banks and sentence strips to support non-native speakers.
Collaborate with the NTT team to align Hindi milestones with broader early-learning goals at St Angels School.
Use everyday objects and local references—like market scenes or festival names—to make language real and relatable.
Keep attendance and anecdotal records updated in the school’s digital folder each week.
Attend fortnightly curriculum huddles to fine-tune plans based on learner needs.
Who Can Apply
Graduates with a Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) or a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) in Hindi.
Candidates with at least one year of classroom experience, preferably in pre-primary or lower primary settings.
