Yaduvanshi Shiksha Niketan Sector 33 Gurugram invites applications for a full-time PGT Computer Science Teacher to join our faculty. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Computer Science to students from Class 9 to 12. The ideal candidate must have a strong academic background in Computer Science and teaching experience of at least three years.
How You Will Teach
As a PGT Computer Science Teacher, you will teach students using practical methods, tools, and lab activities to impart knowledge of programming languages, data structures, algorithms, and computer hardware and software. You will also be responsible for conducting practical classes, guiding students in their projects, and evaluating their performance. At Yaduvanshi Shiksha Niketan Sector 33 Gurugram, you will have the opportunity to use our well-equipped Computer Science lab equipped with the latest software and hardware.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Prepare and teach Computer Science lessons to students from Class 9 to 12.
- Conduct practical classes and guide students in their projects.
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback.
- Maintain the Computer Science lab and ensure that it is in good working condition.
- Develop and implement new teaching methods and materials to improve student learning outcomes.
- Attend staff meetings and contribute to the development of the school's Computer Science curriculum.
- Collaborate with other teachers to develop interdisciplinary projects and activities.
- Supervise students during breaks and ensure their safety and well-being.
- Participate in school events and activities related to Computer Science.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Computer Science and technology.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree.
- TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred Skills
- Strong academic background in Computer Science.
- Experience of teaching Computer Science to students from Class 9 to 12.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as C, C++, Java, and Python.
- Familiarity with data structures and algorithms.
- Experience of using Computer Science software and hardware.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
