About This Role
Yaduvanshi Shiksha Niketan Sector 92 Gurugram is seeking an experienced and skilled PGT Mathematics Teacher to join our faculty. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Mathematics to students from Classes 9 to 12. This Mathematics Teacher Vacancy in Gurugram requires a candidate who can create engaging lesson plans, assess student progress, and provide individualized support.
Day-to-Day Duties
1. Plan and deliver Mathematics lessons to students from Classes 9 to 12.
2. Assess student progress, provide feedback, and adjust teaching strategies.
3. Develop and implement Mathematics curriculum, including textbooks, worksheets, and assessments.
4. Maintain accurate student records, including attendance, grades, and progress reports.
5. Communicate with parents, guardians, and other teachers to ensure student success.
6. Participate in school events, such as parent-teacher conferences, Open House, and Mathematics fairs.
7. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement Mathematics programs.
8. Stay up-to-date with developments in Mathematics education, including new technologies and teaching methods.
9. Perform other duties as assigned by the school administration.
Required Qualifications
Must Have:
- Master's degree in Mathematics or related field (M.Sc., M.A., M.Com, etc.)
- B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree
- 3+ years of experience teaching Mathematics in a school setting
- Strong knowledge of Mathematics curriculum and teaching methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good to Have:
- UGC-NET/CSIR-NET qualification in Mathematics
- Experience teaching Mathematics to students with varying abilities
- Familiarity with educational technologies, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Preferred Skills
