What You Will Do
Plan and deliver PGT Zoology lessons aligned with CBSE standards for Classes 11 and 12. Organize monthly lab sessions and dissection activities to reinforce theoretical knowledge. Prepare students for practical exams and board assessments with structured revision plans.
Conduct formative assessments through quizzes, assignments, and viva voce to track progress. Provide remedial support to students struggling with genetics or physiology concepts. Collaborate with the biology department to update teaching aids and lab inventory.
Required Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in Zoology or Life Sciences with minimum 55% marks. B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized institution. Three years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level.
Preferred Skills
Experience in using smart boards and biotechnology simulations in Zoology classes. Familiarity with NEET preparation strategies for Zoology topics. Ability to mentor students for Olympiads and science exhibitions.
