Mblm School invites a dedicated PRT Dance Teacher to join our vibrant campus in Gurugram. This is a full-time role aimed at nurturing students’ creativity and physical coordination through structured dance programs. The salary for this position is Rs.20,000 to Rs.35,000 per month, reflecting your contributions to our educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement age-appropriate dance lessons covering classical, folk, and contemporary styles.
- Conduct weekly dance sessions for students from grades 3 to 12, ensuring proper alignment, posture, and safety techniques.
- Collaborate with the principal and subject coordinators to integrate dance activities into the school curriculum.
- Organize cultural events, festivals, and performances to showcase student talent and promote teamwork.
- Maintain a well-equipped dance studio, including props, music, and dancewear, ensuring it meets hygiene and safety standards.
- Assess student progress through observation, participation, and feedback, while encouraging individual growth.
- Attend parent-teacher meetings to discuss student performance and areas for improvement in dance skills.
- Stay updated on educational trends and new dance techniques to enhance teaching methods and student engagement.
