Role Summary
The TGT Biology Teacher will be responsible for teaching Biology to students from Class VI to Class X. You will develop and implement engaging lesson plans, assess student progress, and provide individualized support to ensure students meet their full potential.
What You Will Do
- Plan and deliver high-quality Biology lessons to students from Class VI to Class X
- Create engaging and interactive learning materials to cater to diverse learning styles
- Assess student progress, identify areas of improvement, and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Provide individualized support to students who require additional guidance
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum-aligned projects
- Maintain accurate student records and report student progress to parents
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs
- Contribute to the development of the school's Biology curriculum and resources
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biology or a related field
- Post-graduate degree in Education (B.Ed) or a related field
- Valid D.El.Ed or B.Ed certification
- 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting
- Familiarity with the Haryana State Board curriculum and assessment policies
Salary and Benefits
The TGT Biology Teacher will receive a competitive salary of Rs.25,000 - Rs.45,000 per month, depending on experience. Other benefits may include medical insurance, paid leave, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
