Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging chemistry lessons for classes VI to XII, aligning with the state curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and laboratory experiments that foster critical thinking.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, assignments, and practical evaluations, providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain a safe and well‑organized laboratory environment, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate interdisciplinary projects and school events.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and curriculum review sessions.
- Mentor and guide junior teachers and TGTs in effective teaching strategies.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and classroom activities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Postgraduate degree in Chemistry (M.Sc, M.A, or equivalent).
- Minimum three years of teaching experience in a school setting.
