Required Qualifications
Must Have: Postgraduate degree in Theatre Arts, Performing Arts, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in theatre direction or production management.
Good to Have: Diploma in Stage Craft, Lighting Design, or Costume Technology. Experience in school-level theatre programs.
Preferred Skills
Strong leadership in guiding student performers and technical teams.
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with parents, artists, and school staff.
Organizational ability to manage multiple productions simultaneously.
Knowledge of Haryana’s cultural and school event landscape is beneficial.
What You Get
Rs.45,000 - Rs.90,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
