Role Summary
Yaduvanshi Shiksha Niketan Hansi is looking for an NDA English Teacher who can blend traditional language teaching with digital tools. The role demands fluency in English literature, grammar, and communication while preparing students for NDA written exams. You will guide students through vocabulary building, comprehension, and essay writing with a structured, exam-oriented approach. Experience in coaching NDA aspirants is preferred.
Teaching Approach

What You Will Do
Design and deliver NDA-focused English lessons covering grammar, vocabulary, précis writing, and comprehension. Prepare weekly tests aligned with NDA exam patterns and upload results on the LMS within 24 hours. Conduct online doubt sessions for students using Google Meet or Zoom for those who miss regular classes.
Create and share Google Classroom assignments with instant feedback for grammar drills and essay writing. Use smart boards to explain complex topics like cloze tests and sentence correction with visual aids. Maintain a digital repository of previous years’ NDA English papers and model answers for student reference.
Organize monthly mock tests in an online-offline hybrid format and analyze performance trends. Provide one-on-one mentoring to students weak in English, tracking their improvement through the LMS. Collaborate with other subject teachers to integrate English comprehension skills into general studies.
Who Can Apply
Candidates with a postgraduate degree in English and at least four years of teaching experience are eligible. Prior experience teaching NDA aspirants or preparing students for competitive exams is an advantage. Familiarity with NDA exam syllabus and question patterns is necessary.
