Key Responsibilities
- Teach Chemistry to students in grades 11 and 12
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that incorporate technology and blended learning
- Utilize smart boards, Google Classroom, and LMS to deliver lessons and facilitate online discussions
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure student progress
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and teaching methods
- Participate in professional development programs to enhance teaching skills
- Integrate technology to create interactive resources for students, such as digital labs and virtual experiments
Required Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in Chemistry (M.Sc.)
- B.Ed/D.El.Ed degree
- TET/CTET certification preferred, but not essential
