Day-to-Day Duties
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of our students.
- Develop and implement differentiated instruction strategies to support students with varying abilities.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social interaction and emotional well-being.
- Use a range of teaching resources and technology to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
- Provide regular feedback and guidance to students to support their language development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide English language policies.
- Participate in regular staff meetings to discuss student progress and share best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed about student progress.
Required Qualifications
The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in English or a related field, with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. A TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
