About This Role
As a PRT Evs Teacher at Amrita Devi International School Kalwas Hisar, you will be responsible for teaching Environmental Studies to students from Class 1 to 5. Your role will require you to design engaging lesson plans, assess student progress, and contribute to the development of our Evs curriculum. You will be working closely with our Science department to integrate learning outcomes and promote interdisciplinary learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Evs lessons to students from Class 1 to 5
- Assess student progress through various forms of evaluation
- Develop and implement our Evs curriculum in collaboration with the Science department
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Participate in school events and activities that promote environmental awareness
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Evs education and integrate them into our curriculum
- Support the school's mission to create environmentally conscious citizens
Required Qualifications
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized institution
- TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory
- 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting
- Strong knowledge of Evs and its application in the classroom
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
