Hindi (PRT) Vacancy in Hisar, Haryana
Palladium School
Job Description
Your teaching will shape young minds in Hisar, where Hindi fluency opens doors to culture, confidence, and career opportunities. Palladium School believes every child deserves a strong foundation in their mother tongue to thrive in both academics and life. A PRT Hindi Teacher here will bridge language gaps and nurture pride in local heritage.
The teacher’s presence will strengthen community ties by connecting school with families. You will model respectful communication, involve parents in Hindi learning, and celebrate local dialects within the curriculum. Palladium School values educators who listen as much as they teach, turning classrooms into hubs of shared growth.
Daily responsibilities include planning engaging Hindi lessons for Grades 1 to 5, using stories, songs, and interactive activities tailored to Hisar’s context. You will assess progress through simple exercises and encourage students to speak Hindi confidently in class and beyond. Regular parent-teacher interactions will ensure children practice Hindi at home, reinforcing classroom learning.
You should hold a graduate degree with B.Ed/D.El.Ed and preferably TET/CTET certification. Two years of teaching experience, especially in Hindi or primary grades, is required. Familiarity with Haryanvi culture and bilingual teaching methods is an advantage.
This role matters because Hindi is more than a subject—it’s a bridge between generations. At Palladium School, you’ll help children express themselves clearly, access higher education, and carry forward their linguistic roots with pride. Your work will be seen in confident readers, eager speakers, and families who value education.
The salary is Rs.15,000 to Rs.30,000 per month based on qualifications and experience. Benefits include a supportive work environment and opportunities for professional growth.
