The Opportunity for an Experienced Educator
Palladium School, a leading educational institution in Hisar, Haryana, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced PRT Mathematics Teacher to join our faculty. As a Mathematics Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our students. Leadership Expectations and Curriculum Ownership
* Develop and implement Mathematics curriculum that aligns with CBSE standards
* Take ownership of the Mathematics department, ensuring the highest standards of teaching and learning
* Collaborate with the senior management team to drive school-wide initiatives and programs
Core Responsibilities
* Teach Mathematics to students from grade 6 to 10, following the CBSE curriculum
* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs
* Assess student progress, identify areas of improvement, and develop strategies to enhance student performance
* Conduct parent-teacher meetings to keep stakeholders informed about student progress
* Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of school policies and programs
* Develop and maintain a positive learning environment that fosters academic excellence and social growth
* Utilize technology to enhance teaching and learning, and stay updated with the latest pedagogical practices
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement interdisciplinary projects
* Participate in school-wide events and activities to promote academic excellence and community engagement
What You Bring to the Table
* A graduate degree in Mathematics or a related field
* A valid B.Ed./D.El.Ed. degree
* A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Mathematics
* Strong subject matter expertise and a passion for teaching
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
