* Participate in department meetings to discuss curriculum development and implementation

* Participate in school events and activities to promote Physics education
* Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to engage students
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement assessment tools
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this role, you must possess:
* Post-graduate degree in Physics (M.Sc.) or related field
* B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree
* Valid TET/CTET certification (not mandatory)
* Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in a school setting
* Strong knowledge of Physics curriculum and pedagogy
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
