Lumina World School in Jind seeks a dedicated Career Counsellor to support students in making informed educational and career choices. This role focuses on guiding students through their academic and professional journeys, ensuring they align their aspirations with available opportunities.
The Career Counsellor will collaborate closely with students, parents, and school administrators to assess their strengths, interests, and career goals. This involves organizing workshops, seminars, and interactive sessions to explore various career paths and higher education options.
You will also play a key role in maintaining updated databases of colleges, courses, and scholarship opportunities. This ensures students receive accurate and timely information about their options.
Experience in career guidance, counseling, or related educational support is essential. A postgraduate qualification in education or a relevant field will be beneficial. While teaching qualifications like TET/CTET are not mandatory, expertise in educational psychology and career development principles is highly valued.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of Rs.15,000 to Rs.30,000 per month, along with the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to Lumina World School’s holistic growth.
