Marketing Executive – Lumina World School, Jind, Haryana
Lumina World School in Jind is looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to drive enrollment and brand visibility across the region. This full‑time position reports to the School Principal and works closely with the administration to develop and execute promotional strategies.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns for school programs, events and admissions drives.
- Manage the school’s digital presence including website updates, social media channels and email newsletters.
- Coordinate with external agencies, printers and media houses for advertising, brochures, banners and radio/TV spots.
- Conduct market research to identify prospective student segments and competitor activities in Jind and surrounding districts.
- Organise and promote open houses, fairs, webinars and community outreach events.
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Maintain a database of leads, enquiries and follow‑up activities to ensure timely conversion.
- Support the admissions team with collateral creation, presentation decks and promotional material.
Key Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, Google Analytics, SEO basics and social media advertising.
- Creative thinking with an eye for design and visual storytelling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet
- Excellent interpersonal skills for liaison with parents, media and community partners.
- Basic knowledge of budgeting and cost control for marketing spend.
Qualifications & Salary
A graduate degree from any recognized university is essential. Candidates with a background in marketing, communications or business administration and at least three years of relevant experience in an educational or similar environment will be preferred. The role offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs.30,000 to Rs.40,000, commensurate with experience and performance.
