Day-to-Day Duties
1. Prepare and deliver lesson plans for Hindi language instruction.
2. Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
3. Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed.
4. Develop and implement engaging Hindi language learning activities.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement interdisciplinary projects.
6. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress.
7. Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress.
9. Adhere to school policies and procedures.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Hindi or equivalent.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed certification.
- 2 years of experience in teaching Hindi.
Good to Have:
- CTET or TET certification.
- Experience working with students of different age groups and abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing teaching environments.
- Familiarity with Hindi language learning methodologies.
- Experience with curriculum development and implementation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
