Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate NTT Mathematics Teacher to join our Mathematics department at Scholers International School in Jind, Haryana. As a Mathematics Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons to students, facilitating their understanding of mathematical concepts, and promoting a love for learning mathematics. Day-to-Day Duties
- Plan and deliver Mathematics lessons to students in grades 6-10.
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods to meet individual needs.
- Develop and implement engaging Mathematics projects and activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement Mathematics curricula.
- Provide individual support to students who require extra help.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to school events.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed about student progress.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve student engagement and motivation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related field.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree.
- CTET or TET certification preferred but not required.
- 3 years of experience in teaching Mathematics.
- Strong knowledge of Mathematics curriculum and pedagogy.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
