- Maintain updated records of student progress and attendance, and collaborate with parents during parent‑teacher meetings.
Qualification
- Post‑graduate degree in Botany or related field required.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed mandatory for teaching positions; TET/CTET preferred but not compulsory.
- Strong command over scientific terminology and ability to explain complex concepts in simple language.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a secondary school setting.
- Proven ability to conduct practical experiments and manage classroom dynamics effectively.
- Experience in preparing students for board examinations is an added advantage.
