To excel in this role, you must hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with at least three years of teaching experience in English. Your qualifications should include a strong command of the English language, proficiency in teaching methods, and a passion for fostering literacy. While TET/CTET certification is preferred, it is not mandatory for this position. Experience in shaping young minds through creative writing, public speaking, or cultural programs will be highly valued.
