Job Overview
As a PGT Physics Teacher, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging physics lessons to students in grades 9-12. Your primary focus will be on developing students' conceptual understanding, problem-solving skills, and critical thinking abilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and deliver lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
2. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
3. Provide individualized support and guidance to students who require extra help.
4. Develop and maintain a positive classroom environment that encourages active participation and respect among students.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to integrate physics concepts into broader learning themes.

Eligibility Criteria
* Master's degree in Physics or a related field (M.Sc., M.A., or M.Com)
* B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree
* TET or CTET certification (not mandatory)
* Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching physics to high school students
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
