Role Summary
Dbk International School invites applications for a full-time PRT English Teacher to join our Narwana, Jind, Haryana campus. As a PRT English Teacher, you will be responsible for creating engaging English language lessons, assessing student progress, and contributing to a supportive learning environment.
How You Will Teach
As a PRT English Teacher at Dbk International School, you will use a range of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles, including interactive discussions, role-plays, and group activities. You will also use digital tools to enhance teaching and learning, such as language learning software and multimedia resources.
Day-to-Day Duties
1. Plan and deliver English language lessons to students from Grade 1 to Grade 12, using a range of teaching methods and materials.
2. Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
3. Monitor student behavior and maintain a positive and respectful classroom environment.
4. Communicate effectively with colleagues and parents to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
5. Develop and implement English language curricula, including lesson plans, worksheets, and other teaching materials.
6. Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
7. Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the school's English language program.
8. Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
Who Can Apply
To be eligible for this role, you must hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree in English language teaching, and a TET or CTET certification is preferred. You should have a strong understanding of English language teaching methodologies and experience working with students from diverse backgrounds.
