- At least 3 years of experience in teaching Mathematics at school level
- NET or SET certification in Mathematics is preferred
- Strong understanding of Mathematics curriculum and pedagogy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and lead a department effectively
