The Special Educator will oversee the development and execution of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students needing extra support. Direct engagement with special needs students will help bridge gaps in their learning journey while fostering confidence and independence.
A key responsibility is mentoring general educators on inclusive teaching strategies, ensuring all faculty understand how to adapt lessons for students with varying abilities. Regular progress tracking and reporting will be part of this role, providing data-driven insights to refine support systems. The position also requires building strong partnerships with external agencies, like NGOs or rehabilitation centers, to access additional resources for students.
This full-time administrative role offers a salary of Rs.15,000 to Rs.30,000 per month and demands a postgraduate qualification in special education or a related field. Experience in inclusive education settings and familiarity with state-level guidelines will be highly valued.
