What You Will Do

- Mentoring and guiding junior staff to improve their teaching skills
- Analyzing student performance and providing feedback to improve board results
- Conducting regular assessments and exams to evaluate student progress
- Maintaining records and reports of student performance and progress
- Collaborating with other departments to integrate Sanskrit with other subjects
- Developing resources and materials for Sanskrit teaching and learning
- Participating in school events and activities to promote Sanskrit language and culture
- Assisting in the development of the school's language policy and Sanskrit curriculum
- Providing guidance and support to students who require additional help
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should have a post-graduate degree in Sanskrit (with B.Ed/D.El.Ed) and at least 5 years of teaching experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have cleared the UGC-NET or SET examination in Sanskrit.
