Karate Coach Job in Kaithal, Haryana | School Vacancy
Vedashree International School in Kaithal, Haryana is looking for a full‑time Karate Coach. The role involves planning, organising and supervising karate activities for students, ensuring safety standards and fostering a disciplined sporting environment.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a structured karate curriculum for various age groups, aligning with the school’s overall sports policy. Conduct regular training sessions, demonstrations and inter‑school competitions, maintaining records of attendance and performance. Oversee the maintenance of equipment, arrange for repairs or replacements, and ensure that all safety protocols are strictly followed during practice.
Coordinate with school administration to schedule sessions, manage timetables and integrate karate programmes with other co‑curricular activities. Prepare progress reports for students and provide feedback to parents and the principal on skill development and behavioural improvements. Lead the school’s karate team in local and state level tournaments, handling logistics such as travel arrangements and registration.
Requirements
Graduate degree from a recognised university. Minimum two years of practical experience in coaching karate, preferably in a school or youth development setting. Certification from a recognised karate federation or equivalent body is essential. Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate young learners and maintain discipline are required. Good communication skills in English and Hindi, and basic computer literacy for maintaining records.
Salary
The position offers a monthly remuneration of Rs.18,000 – Rs.30,000, payable as per the school’s salary structure.

Full‑time appointment with standard school working hours, including occasional evenings or weekends for competitions. The role reports directly to the Principal and works closely with the sports department.
