Vedashree International School in Kaithal is looking for a dedicated Karate Coach to lead its martial arts program. You’ll be responsible for training students daily in karate fundamentals, discipline, and physical fitness. Your role includes designing and implementing structured training sessions, ensuring proper technique and safety protocols are followed.
You will supervise morning or after-school karate classes, often working alongside school staff to coordinate schedules and resources. The position requires hands-on instruction, adapting lessons to different skill levels and ensuring students meet progress milestones.
Leadership in this role means organizing drills, competitions, and events related to karate, whether school-wide or community-based. You’ll also handle equipment maintenance, ensuring all gear is clean, functional, and safe for use.
Collaboration with school management is key—you’ll report on student performance, attendance, and any challenges in training. This role supports Vedashree’s focus on holistic development, blending sport with discipline.
Experience in martial arts training and a graduate degree will be beneficial. The salary for this full-time position is Rs.18,000 to Rs.30,000 per month.
