This is a senior-level position in the History department at Hindu Sr. Sec. School, Kaithal. Key Responsibilities

Analyze board result trends, identify gaps in student understanding, and implement corrective measures. Collaborate with the school leadership to integrate technology tools for interactive History teaching.
Ensure textbooks, reference materials, and digital resources are updated and accessible to all students. Maintain records of lesson plans, assessments, and departmental activities as required by school policy.
Required Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in History with at least 55% marks from a recognized Indian university. B.Ed degree in Social Studies or History specialization is mandatory.
Minimum 3 years of full-time teaching experience as a History teacher in a senior secondary school. TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory for this role.
Familiarity with CBSE History syllabus for Classes 11-12, including project work and internal assessment components. Candidates with prior experience in a CBSE-affiliated school will have an advantage.
