Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to promote active learning and assessment for classes IX to XII
- Lead our Physics department, driving curriculum innovation and improvement
- Prepare students for Physics board exams and foster their interest in the subject
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver integrated learning experiences
- Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Participate in school-wide activities, such as Science fairs and competitions
- Develop and manage the department's budget and resources
- Foster a culture of inquiry and critical thinking in the Physics classroom
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physics or related field (M.Sc, M.A.)
- B.Ed. from a recognized institution (minimum 3 years of teaching experience)
- Preferably, CTET or TET qualified (not mandatory)
- Strong subject matter expertise in Physics, particularly at the senior secondary level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
