Role Summary

Day-to-Day Duties
Conduct daily Hindi classes for Grades 1 to 5 using smart boards for visual learning aids. Create and upload weekly assignments on Google Classroom with audio clips for pronunciation practice. Maintain attendance and performance records in the school LMS for Hindi subjects. Organize monthly Hindi recitation and storytelling sessions using digital microphones and recording tools. Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot basic smart board and LMS issues during classes. Prepare monthly progress reports in Hindi and English for parents via the LMS portal. Attend weekly staff meetings to discuss Hindi curriculum improvements and technology integration. Participate in bi-monthly training sessions on new digital tools for Hindi teaching.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized institution. Minimum three years of Hindi teaching experience in a school environment. Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and internet navigation.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Google Classroom, Canva for Education, and Kahoot for Hindi quizzes. Ability to create simple audio-visual content for Hindi lessons using free tools. Comfortable using smart boards and troubleshooting minor technical issues. Interest in attending online webinars on Hindi pedagogy and digital teaching methods.
Salary and Benefits
