Collaborate with the principal and subject coordinators to refine teaching strategies and curriculum implementation. Maintain student records and track academic progress, offering support where needed. Participate in school events, such as cultural fests and awareness campaigns, to promote subject relevance in daily life.
Qualification
A graduate degree with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory for this position. A TET/CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory. Experience in teaching Social Science subjects is essential, with at least two years of relevant classroom experience. Familiarity with Haryana’s educational framework and local history will be an asset.
Experience
A minimum of two years of teaching experience in a school environment is required. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Social Science teaching, particularly in grades 6 to 8. Knowledge of modern teaching tools and methods, such as multimedia presentations and project-based learning, is beneficial.
Compensation
The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary ranging from Rs.15,000 to Rs.22,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
