Day-to-Day Duties
As a TGT English Teacher at Max International School, your day-to-day duties will include:

- Developing and implementing engaging English language curricula for students from Class 6 to Class 12.
- Mentoring junior staff and providing guidance on English teaching methodologies.
- Analyzing and improving board results in English language subjects.
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement school policies and procedures.
- Participating in staff development programs to enhance English language teaching skills.
- Conducting parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress and provide feedback.
- Staying updated with current trends and developments in English language teaching and learning.
- Participating in school events and activities to promote English language and literature.
- Maintaining accurate records of student performance and progress.

Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have:

- A Bachelor's degree in English literature or a related field.
- A B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience teaching English language and literature in a school setting.
- NET or SET qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of English language and literature, including grammar, vocabulary, and literary theory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
