Regular Responsibilities Across the Academic Cycle
Develop and assess weekly assignments, projects, and quizzes to evaluate students’ grasp of programming basics. Organize lab sessions for practical coding exercises, troubleshooting, and real-world applications. Maintain detailed records of student performance and attendance for reporting purposes. Participate in school-wide workshops or training sessions to stay updated on teaching methodologies and technological advancements.
Periodic Responsibilities
Attend term-end evaluations to review lesson effectiveness and adjust teaching strategies as needed. Collaborate with school administration to update Computer Science syllabi or curriculum frameworks based on student feedback. Represent the school at local educational forums or parent-teacher meetings when relevant to Computer Science education.
Qualifications and Experience
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Possess a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree to qualify for teaching roles in schools. Two years of teaching experience, preferably in Computer Science or a related discipline, is required. While TET/CTET certification is preferred, it is not mandatory for this position.
Salary and Location
The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary of Rs.16,000 to Rs.30,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
