Job Description
PRT English Teacher Position at Wisdom World School, Kurukshetra
Teach English as a core subject to students in Class I to V at Wisdom World School, located in Kurukshetra. Develop engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards while fostering language skills, grammar, and comprehension. Conduct interactive classroom activities, including storytelling, discussions, and creative writing exercises, to enhance student engagement.
Prepare and assess student work regularly, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth. Maintain accurate attendance and performance records as required by school policies. Collaborate with other teachers to ensure cohesive teaching strategies and support student development across subjects.
Ensure classroom management is orderly, creating a positive learning environment where students feel encouraged to participate actively. Attend professional development workshops or training sessions to stay updated on teaching methodologies and educational trends.
Graduate with at least a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) is mandatory for this role. Three years of teaching experience, preferably in English or related subjects, is required.
