Role Summary
Yaduvanshi Shiksha Niketan is looking for an Art And Craft professional to manage and elevate its creative programs. What You Will Do
Plan monthly art workshops and competitions for different age groups.
Source and maintain inventories of art supplies and tools efficiently.
Organize exhibitions showcasing student artwork in school corridors and events.
Train junior staff on basic art techniques and safety standards.
Collaborate with the principal to integrate art activities into school calendars.
Document student participation and progress for reporting to parents.
Oversee vendor relationships for bulk purchases of quality art materials.
Ensure all art corners and classrooms are stocked and ready before sessions.

Eligibility Criteria
Must Have
Graduate in Fine Arts or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in art coordination or similar roles
Working knowledge of budgeting for art supplies

Good to Have
Diploma or certification in art education
Experience in school art event management

Preferred Skills
Strong leadership to guide junior staff and volunteers
Excellent communication to liaise with parents and vendors
Organizational skills to manage multiple events and
