Responsibilities

- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions, career aptitude tests, and workshops for students and parents.
- Collaborate with school leadership to integrate counseling services into the school’s overall academic planning.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records of student progress, counseling outcomes, and report findings to the principal and board.
- Coordinate with local colleges, universities, and industry partners to create internship and placement opportunities for students.
- Organize career fairs, guest speaker sessions, and alumni interactions to broaden student exposure.
- Provide training to school staff on basic counseling techniques and student mental health awareness.
Compensation
Salary range: Rs.20,000 – Rs.40,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
