Track player attendance, performance metrics, and fitness levels regularly.
Coordinate with school administration to schedule inter-school tournaments.
Arrange transport and logistics for away matches within Mahendragarh district.
Ensure safety protocols during training and matches are followed strictly.
Submit monthly reports on team progress and upcoming fixtures to the principal.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have
Postgraduate degree in Physical Education or Sports Science from a recognized university.
Minimum 3 years of experience coaching cricket in schools or clubs.
Familiarity with CBSE school sports guidelines and tournament formats.
Good to Have
Experience coaching at district or state-level cricket tournaments.
Certification in sports coaching from recognized bodies like SAI or NSNIS.
