What You Will Do

5. Coordinate with the cultural committee to align dance activities with school goals.
6. Document student progress and provide feedback to parents during PTMs.
7. Manage costumes, props, and music equipment for dance performances.
8. Represent Yaduvanshi Shiksha Niketan, Kanina at local cultural gatherings when required.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university. B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is mandatory. Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records and communication is necessary. Fluency in Hindi and English is preferred.
Preferred Skills
Proficiency in classical, folk, or contemporary dance styles. Experience in choreography and event coordination. Ability to work with children and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with school administration and parent interactions is an added advantage.
Perks and Pay
Compensation is Rs.20,000 to Rs.30,000 per month based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include PF, health insurance, and festival bonuses as per school policy. Work timing aligns with school hours with occasional evening events.
