Maintain records of daily cleaning activities, staff attendance, and inventory usage. Submit reports to the administration regarding housekeeping operations and any recurring issues.
Ensure adherence to fire safety, chemical safety, and waste segregation guidelines as per school policies. Conduct surprise checks to verify compliance with health and safety protocols.
Handle guest queries and complaints related to cleanliness or maintenance with professionalism. Coordinate with external agencies for deep cleaning, pest control, or specialized cleaning services when required.
